Pattern on pattern (I like to call this Urban Camouflage!) is still going strong in the world of fashion styling, even overflowing into a few favorite kids’ collections, photography series and art installations. And in an effort to procrastinate on today’s to do list, I’ve rounded up a few of my favorites from around the web. Look closely!:
1. Rachel Perry Welty
2. Annie Collinge
3. Oilily at Kid’s Wear Department
4. Twenty Seven Names
5. Clemence Floris
6. Rhys Lee collection at Gorman (via Oh Joy)
7. Cecilia Paredes
I love it when people do this! Always makes me think of Garden State, which is where I first saw it done, or at least, where it first made a strong impression on me.
I know – isn’t that Garden State scene so crazy memorable?
I’ve been noticing this trend too. Love your term “urban camouflage” and very cool to see just how popular this is right now!
So much fun. I think it would be fun to start seeing this in Etsy shops as well!
agreed! :)
