I looooooooooove a good street installation. I’m a total sucker for turning the mundane into something creative; something unique. Something beautiful.
So naturally, I couldn’t wait to share the work of Jasna Sokolovic with you from the moment I opened her sweet email [so much in fact that I woke up at 4am to write this post— eek!]. Jasna is a ceramic artist, graphic/web designer and creates custom 3D wall art [yeah, I know— are you totally jealous yet?], and although I LOVE all of that, she totally sold me with her breathtaking curb installation.
This is what NYC would look like if Betsy and Camilla ruled the world [which they totally should, just so you know].
So pretty, it’d be so nice if everyone just gave a thought to making the world a little prettier from time to time.
Love this!
a-men, sister. love love love this.

Wow…this is very cool!
awesome! artists should rule the world.
They totally do, Bethany! :)
I just got home from all day working at the studio, but since, I red your comments, I feel much better about my aching back… thanks again Erin, for posting my work on your wonderful blog.
Anytime, Jasna— we’re all big fans! :)
