A home is never truly a home without a healthy dose of quirk (which is why my former home contained giant whippet statues and a yellow bust of Abe Lincoln). My favorite kind of quirk? The detailed quirks — like a wooden flashlight or roller skate doorstop.
So, of course, when my dear friend (and go-to Scandinavian influence) Elisabeth opened her shop, I knew I could expect some major, stylish quirk. She didn’t disappoint, and I spotted the following goodies right away:
Can you guess what they are (of course you can, because I already told you in the title)? Cutting boards! Yes, yes and yes! I love the idea of giving an everyday item a design face lift, and I’m craving the mountain design in a big way.
Hat tip to Elisabeth!
Oh, thank you dear Erin :) The mountain design as a poster, how does that sound?
