My dear friend Janette always has the best baby tips (she’s even launched a baby essential e-course for design-conscious parents!). And even though I’ve passed the registry phase (my updated picks here!), she just shared with me the most genius tip for feeding your baby in style…
Espresso spoons! They’re just as affordable as baby spoons, but far more stylish. Even better? When baby’s moved on to bigger and better utensils, you inherit new flatware for your morning coffee. So smart, right?
p.s. These are just 12 for $24!
p.p.s. Another genius mom tip for nursing mamas.
This is one of my all-time favorite baby tips! Thanks, Erin!
great idea! starting at 6 months, we did baby led weaning with our daughter so i wanted a complete set of non-plastic utensils for her. i searched high and low and finally found tiny stainless steel forks, spoons and knives at muji that are perfect for my daughter. smaller than child-sized (i think they’re appetizer or “tea” size) so easier for her to manage, and i love that i could buy them individually. funnily enough, we’ve found the fork to be the easiest tool for her to master by herself. she can stab her food with a fork; spoons require a bit more balancing to keep the food on there!
Oh that’s such a great tip, Margaux! And my gosh, I LOVE Muji so much. :)
GENIUS. Buying these now. xx
So smart, yes???!!! :)
