guest post // summertime faves.

Hello! My name is Jen and I write the blog, Honey Kennedy. Congratulations to Erin and Ken! I’m so happy for them and I’m looking forward to hearing a lot more about little “Bee”. Thanks for having me, Erin!

I’ve put together a few things for you that I’ve been really loving this summer…

1. I’ve had three of these glass refrigerator pitchers going at once for the last month. I usually have two different cold brew iced tea concoctions going and one full of cold brew iced coffee. I’m basically a beverage maniac and these cute glass pitchers from Bormioli Rocco are my favorite.

2. Cute summer dresses (and cardigans–I live in Portland, Oregon!). This Mona dress is adorable.

3. Organic Tulsi Sweet Rose Tea! I’ve been adding this rose tea to most of the cold brew concoctions that I dream up. It’s lovely if you like tasting hints of fleurs. I also love their Jasmine and Licorice Spice teas. All caffeine free–they can brew a long time without becoming at all bitter.

4. OLO’s Cedarwood and Rose Hair Tonic is amazing. I love all of Heather’s scent creations, but I have been particularly enamored by this pretty potion lately. I rub it on my palms and then run through the ends of my hair to tame the summer puff and frizz. Then I put some on my wrists and neck. It smells like an earthy rose garden on a warm day. Addicted!

5. I love how vibrant this Seeing Pink Elephants nail polish is!

6. Watermelon. I’ve just been a watermelon eating machine since May–when it was not so economical to be feasting on these yummy melons. And cherries. Oh, cherries. Peaches–you’re up next! Get in my belly! Summer fruit is one of the best things about the sunshine months.

Thanks for reading my post! Come say “hi” to me over on Honey Kennedy, Facebook and Twitter! xx Jen
