My pet peeve for misspelled signage and syntax errors has subsided with the responding of numerous e-mails daily. I suppose I just got lazy?

How about those signs where places are misspelling on purpose to be kind of cute. Personally, I don’t find it cute or clever, but I’m a bit of a stickler about those kinds of things.
