I switched to ghee a few years ago when I tackled my first Whole30, and I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s lighter than butter and easier to digest, but just as savory. Recently, I added a slew of Fourth and Heart ghee products to our pantry, and this (incredible!) white truffle version has officially won top slot. I’ve been adding it to everything of late – sauteed in sweet potatoes, kale and a fried egg every morning – or to dress up a simple grilled chicken with veggies at night.
