Welcoming a third baby into the fold is a whole new ball game. There are pros, of course. I’m older (not yet fully wiser) with less energy to fret the small stuff. Less time to micro-manage. Less headspace for perfectly-portioned snack hours. Here, kids, have another cheese stick! But the best pro of all –
Embroidered Jeans
When you live by a daily uniform, it helps to have a few items that feel ever-so-elevated for the moments you’re just a bit sick of your basics. A denim girl through and through, I’ve found that it doesn’t take much to make my old tried-and-trues feel special-occasion ready – a simple cuff here, an

Creature Cozies
Found: the comfiest pajamas yet. Here’s the thing about homeschoolers (or at least, this set of homeschoolers): we really are in our pajamas all the time. Creatively woven with the wisdom of classic literary

A Busy Box
I like to keep a busy box on hand for afternoons when a girlfriend is in a pinch and needs to chat over tea for an (uninterrupted) hour or so. It’s simple enough; a box of craft supplies and activities the kids don’t have everyday access to – something to delight, surprise and busy them

Holiday Cheer
For us, the holiday season often means a door wiiiiiide open (and the snowy draft to prove it). Chili bubbling on the stove, mulled wine simmering in the slow cooker, rosemary bread rising in the oven. Scents upon scents upon scents. This year, I added Plant Therapy’s Cozy for Christmas set to the rotation, and
